OHAAN strengthens the environmental pillar of One Health by identifying and addressing the ecological drivers of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Through targeted environmental assessments, we map AMR hotspots in waterways, soils, and waste streams and develop practical strategies to limit environmental transmission pathways.

We collaborate with health professionals, researchers, policymakers, and communities to embed environmental AMR risk reduction into everyday practice, ensuring full integration into national and regional AMR responses.
