Grants & Projects Manager

Dr. Duncan Njau is a Grants and Projects Management Specialist with extensive experience in resource mobilisation, programme design, and implementation of multi-sectoral health and development projects. He plays a key role in strengthening project governance, funding alignment, and strategic partnerships within One Health and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) initiatives.

He provides leadership in coordinating donor-funded programmes, ensuring compliance, accountability, and effective delivery of results across human, animal, and environmental health interventions.


Role

Oversees grants management and project coordination across OHAAN initiatives, ensuring alignment between funding requirements, strategic objectives, and implementation frameworks. Supports proposal development, donor engagement, and portfolio management for One Health programmes.

Strengthens organisational capacity to mobilise and manage resources effectively, enabling sustainable implementation of AMR, One Health, and health systems strengthening programmes. Enhances transparency, efficiency, and accountability in project execution.
